Ol’ King Cole are a Wellington-based jazz trio led by pianist/vocalist Louis Thompson-Munn. The drumless group perform music inspired by the great Nat ‘King’ Cole and other artists of his era, with a focus on Cole’s early trio from 1943–1950.

A great and lively performance is always guaranteed with the spirit of the old house band alive, before TVs in bars and when people would dance the night away!

The trio includes Robert ‘Bert Hendo’ Henderson (Wellington City Shake-em-on-Downers) on double bass and Callum Allardice (TheJac) on guitar.
