Since our first Festival in 2011 we have offered a mini-concert to the pupils of South Wairarapa primary schools.  This year Kate Marshall and Bob Cooper-Grundy, both well-known local musicians and teachers, will demonstrate (and encourage the 200+ pupils to handle) a variety of instruments.  They will be assisted by senior music students from Makoura College.

Kate Marshall and Bob Cooper-Grundy are long-time friends and supporters of Jazz in Martinborough. Both are exceptional musicians who can be heard as members of Hard Candy, while Bob is one of the featured guitar exponents in Sunday’s Guitar Workshop.
