Jazz in Martinborough 2019 Sponsorship Packs

Visitor numbers to Martinborough have consistently increased since our first  JIM festival in 2011, and tickets to all main concerts have sold out since 2015.  Venues and local tourist operators know that our festival draws visitors to the area and increases their revenue.

JIM is a community-based, non-profit, volunteer organization that enhances Martinborough’s attraction as a visitor destination and brings people into to the area. We also seek to promote emerging young jazz talent and return any profits to a local charity or activity. JIM has donated its proceeds from previous music events to the relief funds for the Canterbury and Kaikoura earthquakes, the restoration of the Martinborough town hall, and the purchase of sound equipment for use within and by the local community.

Proceeds will fund  scholarships for emerging young jazz talent in Wairarapa.

With the festival date set at the first weekend of September we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to express your interest in sponsoring this popular and worthwhile community event. All sponsors are credited on our website here and in all our press releases to the media. They can also use the JIM logo, name and photos for their own marketing purposes.

Of course we welcome any support, so if you would just like to make a tax-deductible donation instead, that would be great too!
