Come on down to Circus on Saturday afternoon for your annual fix of Gypsy Jazz Music At its best.  Two of the country’s best exponents of the genre are back for another outing.  While individually fabulous and talented it is their work together as a duo that truly swings!

Hot rhythm and soaring solos make for a passionate, exciting blend of Gypsy jazz, paying homage to Django Reinhardt in the style of the Hot Club of France.

Leigh and Sam are one of the finest gypsy jazz duos in New Zealand, playing their part in the Gypsy Jazz revival, sometimes with a with a modern twist, sometimes with a Latin spark.

In their sixth performance at Jazz in Martinborough, Gypsy Swing feature a special guest: legendary bassist Pat Bleakley.
